John Matthew BROWN (son of unknown BROWN and Elizabeth DILLARD) and Lavinia CRAPPS (daughter of Mary BULLARD) were married Jan. 29, 1888 in Appling Co., Georgia. They had nine children, Eva Elizabeth, Mary Nettie, Joseph Riley, Sula Pauline, Beulah, Ethel Maude, Roscoe, Lennie Arminda and Frankie.
